Listings Manager for Listeo v3.17.0 - What’s new

You can now import into any of your listing types, including your own custom ones (Beauty & Wellness, Eat & Drink, Medical & Healthcare and the rest). Choosing a listing type automatically shows the categories that belong to it.

A new "Import only businesses with website" option skips every business without a website during the import, and tells you in the log which ones were skipped and why.

You can now pause a running import and continue later. Nothing is lost: everything already imported stays, and Resume picks up from the next business in the queue.

Duplicate detection is smarter. Besides the Google Place ID, it also recognises a business you already have by website, phone number or title, and each duplicate card tells you which one matched.

You can give each listing type its own AI prompt in the settings. Leave a type empty and it keeps using your global prompt.

Before a logo is saved, the import shows how confident the automatic pick is and why, so you can review it in the Media picker and change it first.

"Edit Listing Fields" now opens a single, tabbed window that contains every field Listeo has for that listing - location, contact, event, rental, prices, classifieds, video, your own custom fields and the fields of your custom listing types - so you rarely need to open the listing in WordPress. Fields you already manage elsewhere in the workspace (gallery, logo, title, slug, description, excerpt) are not duplicated there.

Fields that were previously only reachable inside WordPress are now editable from the workspace too, for example the "Contact Owner Widget" switch, TikTok, the gallery layout, and the event/rental/price fields.

You can now change a listing's categories, regions and other taxonomies from the same window, with a search box for long term lists. The "Quick edit" button on the card opens it straight on that tab.

Prompt profiles now work per category as well as per listing type. A category prompt wins over the listing type prompt, and both fall back to your global prompt.

The prompt profiles setting is now a compact browser with a search box and an "Only configured" filter, so the settings page stays the same size no matter how many listing types and categories you have.

Email scraping now reports exactly which page the email was found on, which address was saved, and that the contact widget was switched on.

Added privacy-aware installation reporting and signed license verification to improve licensing reliability and update eligibility.

Local status actions and legacy flags can no longer enable licensed features without validation.

License details are no longer placed in automatic update request URLs.

Automatic updates now install only packages delivered from ListingPilot over a secure connection.

The plugin is now named "Listings Manager for Listeo" in your plugin list, in line with Listeo's naming guidelines for third-party plugins.

AI listing descriptions now integrate with the shared ListingPilot credits balance across OpenAI, Gemini, Grok and Perplexity.

Reserved credits are automatically released when provider configuration or generation fails.
