Booking Cutoff for Listeo: Client Guide
Client guide for enforcing listing-level booking cutoff windows so guests cannot place last-minute or next-day reservations that operations cannot handle.
Purpose. Booking Cutoff for Listeo prevents guests from booking too close to the reservation date, giving owners enough time to prepare staff, inventory, rooms, vehicles, equipment, or appointments.
What the plugin does
The plugin adds listing-level booking cutoff settings. When enabled for a listing, guests cannot complete a booking if the selected booking date is inside the configured cutoff window.
Per listingEnable or disable cutoff rules individually.
Hours modeBlock bookings a number of hours before the booking date.
Days modeBlock same-day, next-day, or other short-notice bookings.
Frontend validationStops invalid availability checks and booking submissions.
Requirements
- WordPress with Listeo and Listeo booking functionality active.
- Administrator or listing manager access.
- CMB2 available, because the plugin uses CMB2 fields for listing cutoff settings.
- A valid plugin license when required by your package.
Setup
- Install and activate the plugin.
- Edit a listing in WordPress Admin.
- Find the Booking Cut-Off Settings box.
- Enable the cutoff rule.
- Select Hours before booking date or Days before booking date.
- Enter the cutoff value.
- Save the listing and test the public booking widget.
Choosing a cutoff rule

Operational checklist
- Test a valid date outside the cutoff window.
- Test an invalid date inside the cutoff window.
- Confirm the message shown to guests is understandable.
- Review timezone assumptions if the site serves multiple regions.
- Document cutoff rules for listing owners and support staff.
Troubleshooting
