Improved

The expired-listing warning now appears directly above the listing gallery, with even internal padding and consistent spacing from the image.

Fixed

Expired listings no longer appear in search results, category pages or listing archives. Making expired listing pages readable again also made WordPress treat "expired" as a public status in every listing query that did not ask for published listings explicitly, so archived events showed up next to upcoming ones. The expired status is now opened only while a single expired listing page is being loaded.

Fixed

The license page now displays pricing exclusively from the live ListingPilot product API and never substitutes plans or prices from another product.

Improved

The License & Updates page now uses the same License Activation, status, plugin information, automatic updates, and three-plan layout as Listeo Add to Calendar.

Added

Licensed sites can now receive secure automatic plugin updates directly from ListingPilot.

Added

A ready-made "Expired Listings Archive" page that shows all expired listings with the familiar Listeo listing cards, an "Expired" badge and pagination — your past events and listings stay browsable instead of disappearing.

Added

Author profiles now include an "Expired Listings" section so visitors can see each owner's past listings.

Added

Expired listing pages open again with a clear "Expired" notice instead of a 404, so old links and search-engine traffic keep working. Booking and enquiries stay disabled.

Added

Settings page to control the archive, the author section, listings per page and ordering (including "Event date" ordering for event archives).

Added

You can now change the expired-page notice text and the card badge text from the plugin settings, no code needed.

Improved

The plugin is now named "Expired Events Archive for Listeo" in your plugin list, in line with Listeo's naming guidelines for third-party plugins.

Improved

The author-page "Expired Listings" section now works out of the box on any Listeo theme version - no theme file changes are needed.

Improved

Expired Archive now appears inside the ListingPilot dashboard with the same branded settings experience as the rest of the ListingPilot plugin family.

Security

Added privacy-aware installation reporting and signed server verification so installation status can be monitored securely from ListingPilot.

Improved

The Expired Archive settings page now hides unrelated WordPress notices and presents archive access and shortcode details in a clearer professional panel.

Fixed

Third-party admin notices, including notices added dynamically, no longer overlap the Expired Archive settings page.

Added

Activate and manage your ListingPilot license from a dedicated branded License page; archive features now run only on licensed sites.

Fixed

Ended events now move reliably into the expired archive even when WordPress scheduled tasks are delayed or disabled.

Improved

Background expiry processing now uses a small request-safe batch so normal page loads remain fast.

Fixed

Event expiry no longer performs database queries or status updates during visitor or admin page loads.

Fixed

Custom events with raw event dates now receive timestamp backfills and expire without depending on the Listeo ticket-type registry.

Added

Administrators can run an on-demand expiry repair to backfill missing event dates and archive ended events immediately.

Fixed

Multiple ListingPilot plugins can now run together without shared licensing or update components causing a critical site error.

Fixed

Expired event pages now keep the organizer box visible while booking actions remain unavailable.

Fixed

Links to archived listings now use the listing's own web address again, instead of a technical link such as ?post_type=listing&p=902. This affects the archive page, the author sections and anywhere else an archived listing is linked.

Fixed

Archived listing pages showed a "page not found" error to visitors while opening normally for logged-in administrators and owners. The plugin looked the listing up in a way that WordPress silently excludes expired listings from, so the page was never unlocked for the public. Expired listings now open for everyone on their own address.

Fixed

With several ListingPilot plugins active at once, the site could go completely blank — front end and admin. Every plugin now checks the shared licensing component before using it, and all of them ship the same version of it.

Fixed

Listings taken offline for an unpaid package or rejected in moderation no longer appear as cards in the expired archive or on an author's page. Clicking one already gave a "not found" page, but the card itself — title, photo, price, address — was still being published.

Fixed

The archive shortcode now follows the listing types you selected in the settings. Used without a listing_type attribute it previously showed every type.

Fixed

The archive no longer tries to render hundreds of cards at once if a large "per page" value is entered.

Improved

A listing whose package has not run out yet, but which is nonetheless expired, is treated as deliberately taken offline and stays out of the archive.
