Your directory is multilingual. Your listings are not.
TranslatePress will happily translate your theme, your menus and your pages. Then an organizer submits a listing in Greek and it stays Greek in every other language on your site — because nobody is going to hand-translate a hundred new listings a week. AI Listing Translator for Listeo closes that gap automatically.
Everything that makes a listing readable
Each listing is translated field by field into every TranslatePress language you have not excluded:
- Title, description and excerpt from the WordPress listing.
- Region, taken from the taxonomy.
- Address, through Listeo's own address helper.
- FAQ, from the Listeo FAQ meta.
- SEO and social meta — meta description, Open Graph title and description, site name, Twitter title and description — as they are printed in the page head.
Translations are written into TranslatePress's own dictionary, so the front end serves them exactly the way it serves every other translated string. Nothing is duplicated into a parallel post.
Two ways to run it
- On submission. Switch automatic translation on and a listing is queued the moment it is submitted, without holding up the owner's save.
- Bulk Translate. Work through your existing catalogue from a dedicated screen, with live progress, so a site that has been running for two years catches up.
Custom fields, not just the built-in ones
Directories are never identical. Add any listing meta key to the translatable set from the settings screen and it joins the same pipeline — validated, translated and written back like everything else.
Cancellation messages too
When Cancel Event for Listeo is installed, the dedicated Cancel Event Translations screen translates organizer cancellation messages automatically, or fills in the languages a message is still missing. A visitor reading your site in English gets the reason the show is off in English.
You choose the model, the fields and the languages
Pick the OpenAI model, tick exactly which fields take part, and exclude any language you would rather translate by hand. The plugin shows an up-front estimate before a bulk run, so a large catalogue is never a surprise on your API bill.
Pay with your own key or with ListingPilot credits
Use your own OpenAI API key, or charge translations to the shared ListingPilot credits balance. A provider request that fails releases its reserved credits automatically — a failed translation never costs anything.
Update-safe
No Listeo, Listeo Core, TranslatePress or theme file is modified. The plugin works through Listeo's own field and detail helpers and TranslatePress's own storage, so both keep updating normally.

-
Fixed: New versions can now be installed securely from the WordPress Updates screen when a valid license is active.
-
Security: Automatic updates now install only packages delivered from ListingPilot over a secure connection.
-
Fixed: Multiple ListingPilot plugins can now run together without shared licensing or update components causing a critical site error.
-
Added: Translate organizer cancellation messages automatically or complete missing languages from the new Cancel Event translation screen.
-
Fixed: AI Translator admin screens now open without a large blank area on phones and narrow tablets.
-
Fixed: With several ListingPilot plugins active at once, the site could go completely blank — front end and admin. Every plugin now checks the shared licensing component before using it, and all of them ship the same version of it.
-
Added: A limit on how many listings are translated automatically each hour. Automatic translation runs the moment a listing is submitted, before you approve anything, and every translation costs money at OpenAI — this caps what a burst of submissions can spend. Set it to 0 to remove the cap.
-
Security: Your OpenAI API key is no longer loaded into memory on every page of the site, and error messages from OpenAI are trimmed before being shown.
-
Fixed: The Bulk Translate, Cancel Event and Settings screens now require an editor-level account, so the screen where the API key is entered cannot be opened by lower-level users.
-
Fixed: A brief network problem no longer locks licence activation for 24 hours.
